How do I found out what's going on with the Nevada Legislature?
All citizens are encouraged to get acquainted with the Nevada Electronic Legislative Information System or "NELIS" as it is often called.
NELIS is a tool on the Legislative website for viewing Bill Draft Requests (BDRs) and content of bills, committees, committee meetings, budgets, and floor sessions. NELIS allows you to access detail pages (for Bills, Budgets, Committees, and Meetings) from multiple locations in the program. This flexibility allows for quick navigation and access to information for the user. NELIS 2023 session is accessed here: NELIS The 2025 session information at NELIS is still blank. The 83rd (2025) Session will begin on February 3, 2025. |
