We seek to influence elections and promote election integrity.
  • Provide election monitoring with poll workers and poll watchers
  • Research and vetting of candidates 
  • Produce voter guides and educational materials so voters can make better informed decisions
  • Provide ballot collection and transport to help voters get their ballots securely counted
We encourage ALL voters to participate in ALL elections.
To promote this, our team will:
  • Visit voters in person
  • Assist in any Transportation needs
  • Send out reminders of important dates
  • Create and distribute Voter Guides

LYON COUNTY VOTING LOCATIONS AND HOURS
BALLOT COLLECTION AND VOTER ASSISTANCE
For voting convenience, Calvary Chapel Dayton Valley will have ballot collection receptacles available for both the Primary Election in June and the General Election in November 2026.

2026 Primary Election Collection Dates:
Sunday, May 24          Sunday, May 31          Sunday, June 7
The collection will be for
  • Lyon County
  • Storey County
  • Carson City
All ballots will be securely transported to the official county voting sites within two business days.
Community Impact Northern Nevada OPPOSES Nevada Ballot Question SIX (6).
Approving Question 6 would both expand abortions in Nevada and elevate abortion into the state constitution.
​Yes on Q6 would"
  - Eliminate any parental involvement for pregnant girls
  - Eliminate any requirement for actual doctors to perform abortions, only requiring a "health care practioner"
  - Eliminate any requirements for hospitals, even in a 9th month abortion
  - Eliminate all current regulations for abortions
  - Prohibit any future regulations, even for sanitation of facilities
  - Allow abortions through ALL NINE MONTHS of pregnancy

These are all very detrimental to the health and well being of expectant mothers opting for an abortion.
